Weekly Recap

Weekly Recap is available to customers with an active trial, paid subscription, or lifetime access. Paid customers can turn it on in website settings. It starts enabled for active trials unless you have already turned it off. It brings highlights from the previous Monday through Sunday into one email and a private page on the website.

Turn it on

Open Settings → Notifications → Weekly Recap on the website. Choose whether to receive emails, which sections to include, and full or light email detail. Preferences are managed only on the website. Existing connected data is used; no new app or connection is required. You can turn recaps off at any time. Converting your trial to a paid plan preserves your preference. If your trial expires without payment, recaps stop automatically.

A full email includes selected health and training highlights. A light email only says your recap is ready and links to the signed-in website; its subject, preview text, and body contain no health measurements. Email previews may still be visible on your device, so choose light detail if you prefer to keep measurements out of your inbox.

What appears

Your recap adapts to the data you have recorded: strength, cardio, recovery, sleep, body measurements, activity, food logging, glucose, consistency, and supported relationships between metrics. It includes one main highlight, up to three wins, at most one constructive watch item, and one focus for the coming week. Sections without enough recorded data are omitted. Missing values remain missing.

Comparisons use the previous week and your recent baseline. Small changes within your normal variation are described as steady. Weight trends are neutral and use averages, not individual weigh-ins. Recovery scores from different providers and different HRV measurements are kept distinct. Duplicate workout recordings use the same unified sessions as the website. Sleep belongs to the day you wake up and follows the website's source selection.

Relationships require at least ten paired days and a meaningful difference. They describe associations in your recorded data, not medical advice or proof that one behavior caused another. Brief AI-assisted wording uses selected facts without your name, email, or raw samples. If that wording fails validation, the recap uses deterministic text.

Timing and history

Recaps are calculated around 05:00 and sent around 08:00 each Monday in your account time zone. Queue delays and incomplete syncs can affect availability. Your first recap avoids historical comparisons. After a gap, you may receive up to two comeback recaps before delivery pauses until new data appears. Accounts without recorded data receive no recap.

Follow See your full week in the email or Past recaps in notification settings to view your private archive, charts, and details. You must sign in as the account owner. The page can be downloaded as JSON for your own records. Health-data deletion also removes stored recaps, aggregates, events, and private previews.

Stop emails

Turn off Weekly Recap in website settings or use the signed unsubscribe link in an email. Unsubscribing turns off only Weekly Recap for your account. It does not cancel your subscription or change other email preferences, and does not require signing in. A verified email and active access are required for delivery. Email opens and link clicks help measure usage; privacy proxies and link scanners can affect those counts.
